Pitch Fever came to life when the owner Mike Geronsin decided to live his dream. His goal was to create a fun, friendly, and professional place for students to live their passion and discover their musical abilities. He was also tired of hearing horror stories from students about former teachers who were often mean, bitter, and grumpy. "I like to show people that you don't have to be cranky to teach music," says Mike. He decided to hire his 'dream team' of instructors and work to start a new paradigm in the world of music instruction. "We don't teach because we can't do, we teach beacuase we love to," is one of Mike's favorite sayings. He'll only hire teachers who have a passion for life, teaching, and playing music. "We like to be good role models as well as instructors," Mike exclaims. "It's always great to see our students find a sense of confidence and a sense of accomplishment during their time with us.
